Older anime titles, from the 80's back. What the actual amount of time that has to expire must be is unknown to me, but as a rule of thumb, a title should at least be 10-years old. Lupin III is an example of a classic title.

This is the original TV series based off of the Lupin III manga. Here we are introduced to the world famous thief Lupin III, his right-hand man Jigen, his rival and sometime love interest Fujiko, and the kendo master Goemon. Also, Inspector Zenigata is there from the start to make capture Lupin.
