The not extremely bright schoolgirl Mayumi Takahashi is in trouble. She attends the "Spartan Institute of Higher Education", run by Principal "Big Toenail of Satan". This eccentric man's school holds it's students to the highest possible standards and has very little tolerance for those who fail to conform.
