OVA: (Type) OVA = Original Video Animation. These are the direct-to-video anime titles done in Japan. Often, OVAs can start a franchise (Tenchi Muyou! Ryououki), start a TV series (Mahou Tsukai Tai!), be a sequel to a TV series (Love Hina Again), or be a stand-alone title (Aa! Megami-sama! OVA). Sometimes, the OAVs are named the same as the TV series and thus will sometimes have the term OVA listed after the title's name to separate it.

Yuri and Kei return as the legendary Lovely Angels in this third OAV series. This time, Kei is forced to become a surrogate mother while Yuri, complaining about missing a date, comes to the rescue. Then a cute 15-year old female assassin comes to take them out causing Yuri to get angry about being stood up for a date, before coming to the conclusion that her beauty must have caused the killer to go insane. Then, the pair are assigned to a beach volleyball tournament where Yuri worries about messing up her perfect figure (and thus lose dates). Then Yuri has to be there for an extremely rich wussy kid who's Yuri-bot was accidently destroyed by Kei. Yuri figures to score big on this mission. But does the kid like the robot better or another girl? And finally, some loser thug want's to kill Kei and Yuri's boss, meaning Yuri will have to miss more dates. But it beats writing apology letters by hand. |

Rike is a young man who is on a quest to find a dragon to ride so he can join the Dragon Knights. They are a legendary group who joined the Dragon God Clan to defeat the Dragon Devil Clan years before. In a village, he stops to have rest and has lunch with the beautiful Karisu and her mother when the town is attacked by members of the Devil Clan. When her mother is slain, Karisu reveals she isn't just an attractive blonde, she also can produce devil wings to fly and attack the invading demons. Not only that, she can become a powerful red dragon and offers to be Rike's steed so he can get into the Dragon Knights. Thus starts an adventure to defeat the Dragon Devil Clan and a romance between Rike and Karisu. |
