After Sakura captures her latest card, The Arrow, she begins to have dreams of a woman and place she does not know. She returns to school where report cards are being handed out prior to the winter break. Going with Tomoyo-chan to buy a notebook, Sakura wins a trip to Hong Kong. Going there with Tomoyo-chan, Touya, Yukito-san, and Kero-chan, Sakura-chan continues to have her odd dreams and Kero-chan detects the presence of evil. Hooking up with Li-kun and Meiling-chan, Sakura-tachi are invited to spend the night at Li-kun's mansion where his mother proves to be a powerful magic user. Who--or what--is the mysterious figure in Sakura's dreams? And what is the connection with Clow and his cards?

Deciding to cleanup from their victory over Bell, the group causes the giant cherry tree to walk out of the city. The story proceeds from there with early episodes showing a mysterious character who seems to have emerged from the giant cherry tree. Who is this character? Why is he so powerful in magic?

Fujiko and Lupin are enjoying a romantic dinner together; as usual, Lupin's appetites include getting a taste of Fujiko's latest plan. Fujiko has uncovered the "Columbus Files" that tell of an incredible treasure known appropriately as the "Columbus Egg". Before Lupin can learn more, they are attacked by a helicopter squadron led by Nazaroff. Lupin and Fujiko end up hanging onto the edge of a cliff, but Fujiko falls to earth after a gunshot severs the rope attaching her to Lupin.

Lime, Cherry, Bloodberry, and Otaru are back (minus their eating establishment) along with the very homosexual Hanagata and the Saber Dolls Luchs, Panther, and Tiger. As the first batch of female clones from Lorelei, attacks from outside sources attempting to steal the clones increase, causing Baiko and Tamasaburou to be even more vigilant. The changes going on cause the Saber Marionettes to reflect on their future place in the world. Meanwhile the Saber Dolls get a mysterious blank letter from their master Faust, the former ruler of Gartland. Taking their leave of their Saber Marionette friends, they go to join their master. When Lorelei is kidnapped, it appears that Faust has returned to his evil ways. But could there be more to this than it seems? And what about what is going on in Xian? Who is after Lorelei's clones and why? And will Otaru be forced to choose to spend his life with only one of his three precious Saber Marionettes?

Lina and Naga are back for more of what they do when they are together. First, after Naga accidently burns down a local Inn (and destroy's Lina's luggage), the town's mayor says that if they will rescue missing townfolks from a nearby ruin, their debts will be forgiven. Too bad a vampire lord named Steindorf lives in those ruins.

Miyuki, Natsumi, and the gang of the Bokuto Police Station are back for these mini TV episodes (except the final episode which is full length). Panty thieves, peekers, and other perverts abound and Miyuki and Natsumi are on the case, this time with a sadistic edge. These petty criminals will be punished severely! And after all is said and done, the crew head to the beach to work traffic there in the middle of the hot summer. Can it get any more fun?
