As the second sequel to the original series Memories off 2nd, this prequel story introduces us to Shougu-kun, a popular high school student who hangs out at the Cubic coffee shop. And when a very attractive Hibiki-chan decides to try to get closer to Shougu, she is told by the other girls that Neo-chan already has a (romantic) claim on that boy. While Neo and Shougu are close and very friendly, the sudden appearance of Shougu's old girl friend, Kanata, appears to cause some trouble between the two friends. Shougu finds himself remembering a fun and romantic past with Kanata that was ended very abruptly and without a clear closure. |

Drawing on the success of the first ROD, the story continues. Yomiko "The Paper" Readman has gone missing for some four years now, but her best friend from school Nenene (Say that 3 times fast) still believes she's alive. An accomplished author, Nenene and her 3 bodyguards, who have special paper abilities of their own, go between Japan and Hong Kong looking for Yomiko. On occasion the bodyguards earn side money from accepting contracts to recover uncommon items and research exceptional situations, which always seems to involve people with special powers and abilities. |
