Having moved from a rural part of Japan to attend a college in Tokyo, a shy and reserved Sōichi Negishi somehow gets caught up in the indie music scene. He ends up joining a (Kiss-like) metal band named "Detroit Metal City," under the stage name of "Johannes Krauser II.". He quickly proves his worth as the lead singer and a songwriter, but whenever he dons the Krauser costume, he becomes a completely different person – a loud vulgar monster yelling insulting profanities beyond anyone's imagination. As the popularity of DMC begins to rise, Negishi begins to worry about the mean-spirited Krauser personality and how it might affect his off-stage chances at romance. |

What happens when an ancient monster leaves it's children behind to destroy the Earth in 1000 years? Well you take them all and force them into a 'Cozy Family'. What you get is a human Policeman, a mini cat-girl goddess, a loli, a lion, a biological weapon, and a jellyfish all cooped into the same house. The object is to create a real cozy family so the monsters don't want to destroy the Earth. That's it! Did I mention each of them has a fairly whacky personality? |

This series takes place right after the end of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei . It consists of 2 parts the first is an 'extreme' episode where they take the main characters and twist them into another plot (the first episode features a cult that likes to pee on people' and the 2nd part is the normal classroom setting. Most of the class has transferred over (or not..hehe) but keep an eye out for a few new faces that make no sense on why they are there. | |
