After the massive earthquake, Genom creates Genom City as part of Tokyo. They develop boomers, androids to do various tasks. A group called Backers wants in on the action and with all of the military-styled boomers they steal, they hope to get rich. Thus A.D. Police step in to try to solve these boomer-related crimes. Who are the backers? What is Genom hiding? Can Kenji get along with his new partner Hans?

It is the year 2031 and an insectoid race known as the Blue have taken over Earth. Yuji Kaido has been awakened from hibernation after being put there some 22 years earlier due to a disease he had. After overcoming his "future shock" at the horrors of Earth, Yuji joins the Sleeper Recovery Team to try to take the planet back. Can Marlene, the female soldier who was charged with bringing him to 2nd Earth, keep Yuji from losing himself in the fight?

Six years after the earth quake that destroyed most of Tokyo, a group of vigilantes have appeared to counter the threat of boomers gone mad. Can they stop the force behind the berserk boomers before it's too late?

Kinomoto Sakura is a bright, cheerful, cute little 4th grade girl. She lives with her 17-year old brother and her widowed father in a nice home in Japan. One day, she hears strange noises coming from the basement of her home. Cautiously investigating the source amongst the rows of book shelves, she discovers it is coming from a glowing old book called "The Clow". Unlocking the book, Sakura discovers that it is in fact a storage box for a deck of odd cards. While attempting to read the English word "Windy" on the front of the top card, she accidently activates the magic card, causing the entire deck to be scattered and disappear all over Japan. The only card that survives is the "Windy" card.
