(Taken in part from AnimeNFO) It's in the not too distant future. One day Nuku-Nuku dropped in and began to live with the Natsume family. Having lost her memory, Nuku-Nuku assumed the identity of a beautiful girl named Atsuko Higuchi. She was so beautiful and gentle, and besides, she was such a great cook that Ryunosuke, 14, was all smiles. However, after her arrival in town, a series of mysterious incidents started to happen in Maneki City - Experimental machines running haywire, roaring fighter aircraft flying low, mass destruction in the city. In every case, a mysterious girl was spotted at the scene of the incident. Who is this mysterious girl?

Twelve-year-old Nandaba Naota's older brother has departed for America to play baseball, leaving the confused Naota alone with his brother's 17-year-old girlfriend, Samejima Mamimi. It doesn't help that she flirts with him constantly, or that his brother has sent him a rather disturbing letter from America. When the tomboyish Haruhara Haruko enters the scene, running down Naota with her motorscooter before smashing him over the head with her guitar, things will never be the same again.

A hidden military organization named Mithril mobilizes three crack troops (Sousuke, Kurz, & Mao) to secretly protect a young Japanese girl, Chidori Kaname, from being kidnapped. Sousuke Sagara is assigned to be her personal bodyguard and must go undercover as a fellow high school student while not letting her know she's in danger or that he's protecting her. Unfortunately, Sousuke has little experience in understanding life as a normal high school student thus he considers just about any little action or thing around him to be a threat on Kaname.

The original gang from FMP are back! Sousuke is off being a full time AS pilot, and part time student. Tessa's sub is repaired and back in action. Chidori is still at school wondering where her notes that she gave Sousuke are.
