Mecha: (Story/Location) This is a genre of anime which features mechanical fighting machines. Often these take the form of giant robots but this isn't the only form mecha can take. There are tons of examples of mecha titles considering the popularity of the series.

A thousand years have passed since the disaster that devastated the planet Zi. Both the land and people have spent the time recovering from the damage.
