Juraihelm is a world looking for a new queen. The finalists are Romio, who promises to continue the work of the previous queen; Ramia, who has an extensive plan to improve Juraihelm; and Tsunami, who only wants to plant flowers. Somehow Tsunami is chosen, but before she can be officially made queen, she has to choose a magical girl on Earth to defeat evil and restore the Gemini scales.
