This is a term coined to identify things like jiggling breasts, cleavage shots, panty shots, bra shots, closeup shots of women's breast, legs, butt, etc., and mild nudity all for the purposes of "servicing" the audience and having no relevance to the plot or characters of a series. The term has a second meaning covering things like massive action sequences, explosions, fights, etc., but it mostly refers to the first meaning.
Self-explanatory. High school (grades 10-12) should play a major role in the title. Azumanga Daioh is an excellent example of this category. A typical High school series will include a Sports Festival, a Cultural Festival, and a school Trip.

Welcome back! Ikkou is the grandson of Ban-Chan, the leader of a sect of holy Priestesses (Nuns). Living with a bunch of young girls at all times tries his patience very much. But Ikkou has a secret, if he gets excited, his other self the Holy Priest Sanzien comes out. Sanzien has to power to take over the world but at the price of turning Ikkou into a sex starved maniac. The girl's job has to keep this power under control until Ikkou can bring it out willingly. But a rival clan sends out Kazuki Kazusano, a vivacious girl with superb spritiual skills. And her job is to kidnap Ikkou and bring him to her clan, and she is willing to sacrifice her body to get Ikkou on her side. Can Chitose and the other girls stop her?
