Lina Inverse and Naga return in the second Slayers movie. After a typical quibble over food which leads to the eating establishment's destruction, a young, wounded female warrior named Saleena comes on the scene and enlists their help. It seems her village has been taken over by a human and some lesser demons who are forcing the villagers to excavate a nearby ruin. Figuring on a treasure score, Lina and Naga agree to help to uncover the mysterious artifact left by the elves so many years ago.
