Shiki Tohno has a strange power. Ever since a traffic accident, he has been able to see lines in everything (people or things). If he tries to cut these lines, it kills the item or destroys it. After a few years of living with his aunt, he is recalled back to his parents home. Very mysterious things are going on around his town, people are being killed and found with 2 holes in their necks.
